Either Safari and Arusha or Tanga and Pangani
SAFARI
Day 1: from Moshi to Arusha – visit snake park – Overnight at Goldcrest Hotel
Day 2: to Tarangire – overnight at Highview Hotel
Day 3: To Ngorongoro – overnight at ngorongoro Wild Camp
Day 4: Full day at ngorongoro maasai school – return back to Arusha
Day 5: Return to Moshi
PANGANI
Day 1: from Moshi to Handeni – Visit girls school local sites. Overnight at Handeni Valley View Hotel – Bed and breakfast
Day 2: Sanitary pads distribution to the schools – overnight at Handeni Valley View Hotel – Bed and breakfast
Day 3: Drive to Pangani – overnight at Emayani Beach Lodge – Bed and Breakfast
Day4: Full day in Pangani – Emayani Beach Lodge – Bed and Breakfast
Day 5: Drive back to Moshi

Springlands Room & Board – $45/day

This is the hotel we stay in when we’re not on the safari/mountain.
Includes:
- A room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower

Trip Requirements
To join us on this trip, you must raise a minimum $1,000 in supplies and/or money donations. You must also transport one suitcase of supplies on the flight to Tanzania. All donations are tax deductible, and letters can be provided for in kind donations as well.
Donations that count toward your $1,000 commitment include:
- Supplies your supporters buy on our Amazon Wish List (email Cathy at
hiveducation@aol.com if you need the link) or go to our donate page, the link is there. - Specific supplies from a list for our current relief trip (ask Cathy for a copy of the list)
- Corporate and other monetary donations
- Funds you raise on GoFundMe pages and from fundraisers you organizeOur total goal for this trip is $50,000.
Goals
- Reusable Sanitary Pads for 1500 women ($15 sponsors pads for a woman for a yr)
- Sponsorship (Medicine and supplies for the TAFCOM Clinic $500 x12
- Rice, Beans, and oil for clinic pantry program ($1,200)
- Shoes for 55 students at Zara Moshi school $24 a pair plus socks $3
- Sponsorship of nursing students $1850 a year
- Supplies for 20 new tailoring students $50 each
- 10 new sewing machines and cabinets $300 each
- Books and supplies for Tafcom Primary School, Zara Schools, and Tim Harrington School ($1,500)
Supply Drive Needs
50 solar lights, 50 soccer balls, 5 EMT bags, 40 sets of English flash cards, 2,500 pencils, 1,000 pens, 500 tooth brushes, 25 pulse oximeters, and 10 Blood Pressure Machines
