Non trekkers will travel to Arusha, Ngorongoro Crater, and Serengeti. School and education projects.

Mountain celebraition and volunteers fly home.
Springlands Room & Board – $45/day
**Double occupancy**
This is the hotel we stay in when we’re not on the safari/mountain.
Includes:
- A room with two beds and a bathroom with a shower
- Breakfast
- Dinner
Does NOT include:
- Water
- Soda
- Alcohol
- Laundry
- Tips
Safari Price – $1,300 – $1,500
Includes:
- Hotel room for 4 nights
- Meals for 5 days
Does NOT include:
- Tips
- Beverages
Trip Requirements
To join us on this trip, you must raise a minimum $1,000 in supplies and/or money donations. You must also transport one suitcase of supplies on the flight to Tanzania. All donations are tax deductible, and letters can be provided for in kind donations as well.
Donations that count toward your $1,000 commitment include:
- Supplies your supporters buy on our Amazon Wish List (email Cathy at
hiveducation@aol.com if you need the link) or go to our donate page, the link is there. - Specific supplies from a list for our current relief trip (ask Cathy for a copy of the list)
- Corporate and other monetary donations
- Funds you raise on GoFundMe pages and from fundraisers you organizeOur total goal for this trip is $50,000.
Goals
- $10 supplies a year of reusable sanitary pads to 1 young woman. Our goal is to have 2,500 women sponsored.
- Equipment (cabinets, sewing machines, tables, etc.) for new building: $3,500.
- Supplies for tailoring program students: $500.
- Clinic staff and medicine: $4,200.
- Rice, beans and oil for TAFCOM HIV program: $800.
- Zara projects: $2,500.
- You can sponsor books for a school. $500 supplies an entire school.
- Hold a change for change drive.
- Invite us to speak at your church or organization.
- Collect school and medical supplies from our collection list.
- Hold a social media fundraiser or in person party..
Deadlines
April 1, 2020 :: $300 non refundable deposit with signed participant form (If you later decide not to participate the $300 will go to transportation of supplies.
May 30, 2020 :: Zara payments for Springlands and Safari final payment. (NOTE: You can make several payments after we notify them you are going)
June 10, 2020 :: Payment to Friends-Together for balance of $1,000
